House construction Design and approval

Before you construct a house there are many rules that are to be followed according to the government of the country. The main important thing is the approval of the land with original documents. These will be surveyed by the government in order to give an approval for house construction. More over after getting land approval, one has to design the house that is to be built in the approved land. Then it will be submitted to the government along with a certain fee. They will then make any modifications, if necessary according to the rules. This will be the basic design that is approved and it should not be altered at any cost.
